Comic Book Deliverable and Waiver

Comic Book Waiver - Terms & Conditions  

While supplies last, Asprey will gift each client one (1) 16-page English-language custom comic book (“Asprey Marvel Comic”), in connection with each order of one of Asprey’s Marvel-licensed product(s). Asprey will allow an estimated 35 clients who order one or more of Asprey’s Marvel-licensed products from the Marvel Masterpieces Avengers: Asprey Studio Collection to opt-in, on a first-come, first-serve basis to have their likeness included in the Asprey Marvel Comic until space is filled.

Each client will only be eligible for one likeness placement in the Asprey Marvel Comic, regardless of how many orders a client places. Orders must be completed by February 15, 2026, for a client to be eligible. Asprey shall require any client who opts in to this opportunity to sign the Name, Voice, and/or Likeness Rights Release and Waiver [LINK], (the “Waiver”), and all participating clients must be 18 years or older at the time of the order, must not be based in Russia, Belarus or any other country prohibited by US and UK Law and provide a profile reference photograph that does not violate any right of privacy or publicity, copyright or trademark or constitute defamatory, obscene or unlawful matter or otherwise violate or infringe any personal or proprietary rights of any third party. Client must have signed the Waiver and delivered a qualifying photograph to Asprey and the signed Waiver no later than February 23, 2026.

Each client understands that upon signing the Waiver and providing the profile reference photograph and signed Waiver to Asprey, Client authorizes Asprey to share, and Asprey will be responsible for sharing solely the photograph and signed Waiver directly with Marvel. Asprey will not share any story page artwork for likeness or any other creative approval with the participating clients.
