The debut offering in the partnership between Vinous and Asprey Studio is a one-of-one Ordinal NFT with a bottle of 2021 Old Vine Cabernet from Ornellaia, the iconic Tuscan estate. This exclusive edition marks the first-ever Cabernet Sauvignon bottled by Ornellaia, representing both a bold exploration and a nod to the estate's history, with its initial vintages dominated by the “King of Grapes”. The associated objet crafted by Asprey’s master artisans is inspired by the crown depicted in Ornellaia’s crest. Owners will be invited to exclusive wine tastings with Antonio Galloni.

Reflecting on the origins of the concept, Galloni reveals, “After years of critiquing wines made by celebrated oenologists in Italy, France and the United States, I finally tried my hand at blending a wine a few years ago. Made from a select few parcels from a renowned Napa Valley vineyard to support charitable causes, the first wines were a huge hit, with many consumers asking how they might add a bottle to their collections. I was inspired to curate a collection of wines that are not only exceptional but also exceptionally rare: each comprises a tiny selection of barrels from the world's most prestigious estates. Partnering with Asprey Studio on this initiative is a seamless alignment through our shared commitment to excellence, creativity and the relentless pursuit of unique experiences.”
